Our stay at House 1899 was fantastic! The host greeted us warmly and made us feel right at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We were even treated to homemade treats and delicious breakfasts. The location was perfect, with easy access to the center and bus station. The only downside was that the room was a bit small and the view from the window wasn't great. But overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this place to others.

Fairly clean hotel in a beautiful building short walk to the local sightseeing places and the centre of the city and the main square. Big rooms in style with the era the house was built and welcoming staff.

The double room was really comfortable, and I loved that it had central heating to keep me warm. I also appreciated having tea and coffee facilities right there, as well as a nice dining area 🍵. the walk-in shower in the bathroom was a nice touch, it felt so relaxing. We were warmly welcomed by our host with homemade wine and genuine interest in our stay. the location is perfect, right in the center, and the building has a charming personality being an old house. the room and bathroom were clean, just as shown in the photos. We highly recommend including breakfast, it's truly delicious. We even received a complimentary lift to the bus station. it was a great stay and we would definitely return.

We were warmly welcomed by the owners who shared their lovely family house with us. Our apartment had a private bathroom and key, while the living room was a cozy common space for everyone. In the evening, we were treated to a glass of homemade wine and delicious homemade sweets for our child. We had a delightful conversation with the owners about life in Kutaisi, Georgian cuisine, and the unique characteristics of different regions in Georgia. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!
Nothing I didn't like to be fair. 🙌
